1 . The following conditions are part of the Johnson’s baby Calendar 2012, which is promoted by Manrique Capriles (from here on announced “ Promoter”). 2 . To participate, your baby has to be between 0 to 36 months at the moment of registration to participate in the campaign. 3 . Participating babies are not allowed to wear make-up. 4 . Registration only takes place on the 4th and 5th of June 2011 during the Baby, Kid & Preteen Expo at WTC following the rules on the registration form. These days the pictures will be taken of every participant. These will be they only days to participate, unless the Promoter announces a different day. 5 . With the participation of your baby in this competition you agree to subject the use your baby’s pictures in all Johnson & Johnson’s promotion material in Curacao and the Caribbean, at any given moment, but without any guarantee of your use of your baby’s picture in publications or promotions. 6 . The winners of this competition may be used for promotion campaigns by the sponsors for no longer than 12 months after the announcement of the winners. 7 . Employees of Manrique Capriles N.V. or any other person directly or indirectly involved with the organization our campaign, or their direct families are not allowed to participate in this campaign. 8 . The participating baby picture will be placed on the website with the intention to vote through the S.M.S system. The pictures will be chosen by promoter and is not discussable. The S.M.S campaign will start after June 13th 2011, but not before all baby pictures are posted on the website www.johnsonsbeibi.com . The moment the website is completely ready the S.M.S voting will be opened. 9 . On June 4th and 5th there will only be taken digital photos of the participants. No photos will be printed during the expo. This you can arrange directly with the photographer at another occasion. 10 . The 30 babies with the most votes will be selected as the 30 finalists. The decision and selection of the 12 baby winners will be done by the judges. The judge’s decision is final and no discussion and/or correspondence can or will be held with the judges or promoter. 11 . If in any case one of the 12 baby winners can’t participate in the Calendar, and other activities or promotions, the promoter reserves the right to choose another baby. 12 . Promoter expects that the 12 baby winners will be available for a photo shoot for the calendar 2012 when announced. The day of the photo shoot will be participated at least 2 weeks ahead of time. 13 . Price are non transferable, refundable or cannot be exchanged for cash.
