HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To partcipate, your child must be between the age of 0 to 36 months at the registration.
To be eligible to participate, a J&J package must be bought at the booth of J&J at the Baby, Kid & Pre-teen Expo at WTC.
It is not allowed to use any form of make-up.
Registration is only at the above mentioned Expo on June 4th and 5th 2011.
